Three moves, and the argument never happens

Most credit disputes come from two copies of the truth — the shop's notebook and the customer's memory. There is only one record here, and both sides are looking at it.

The shop writes it

Pick the customer, enter the amount, mark it credit or payment. One tap. If the internet is down, the entry waits on the device instead of being lost.

It syncs to the ledger

The moment there is a connection the queued entries post themselves, in order and exactly once — a retry can never double-charge a customer.

The customer is told, and opens the same account

Their phone gets a push alert with the amount and the new balance. They sign in with a code you give them and read their own entries and running balance — already current, because it is the shop's ledger, not a copy.
